The Content and Information Security Division of ABS-CBN operates the Content Protection Enforcement Team (CPET), which serves as the organization’s anti-piracy enforcement unit. The CPET is responsible for constant monitoring and detection of online sites that engage in unauthorized play-out or sharing of audio-visual content owned by ABS-CBN and/or its affiliates, and takes prompt action to shut down such pirate sites in compliance with relevant legal regulations and protocols.
